Sorry I have to publish this. It’s been in the 40’s/50’s lately and it will be this weekend too. You definitely need a coat but it wont be freezing and there might be snow Sunday but no storm. I hope you enjoy your trip :) I’ll be at Atlas Sound Saturday. Let me know how it goes.

I know I am being a spoiled brat but I can’t believe Vampire Weekend is playing Pitchfork. Being in Chicago, Pitchfork and Lolla are annual things for me. But this summer I wasn’t planning on living in Chicago (but will be back for Lolla) and I was already sad about missing Pitchfork. I knew the lineup would make me miss it even more but then they go and announce Vampire Weekend. This is the one band that if announced would be playing Pitchfork, it would devistate me - and then it happens. Every time they come here I haven’t been able to go. Excuse me while I go dim the lights, light some candles, listen to Vampire Weekend, and sulk. I swear to god they better play somewhere near me this summer.
